Registration priority is provided for UT physicians and residents up to two weeks prior to the conference.
Course Description
The goal of the ACLS Provider Course is to develop proficiency in ACLS skills. The lectures and case discussions are designed as a review of the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support text and addendum materials.
Participants will be required to demonstrate proficiency in CPR and AED use.
The American Heart Association ACLS manual and other pertinent material will be provided. Registered participants must make arrangements to secure the manual and information packet from UT Continuing Medical Education. Call 865-305-9190 or contact CME at cme@tennessee.edu to make arrangements.
The pretest in the AHA ACLS manual must be completed and turned in on the first day.
