- Units are not permitted to develop their own logos.
- The logo, wordmark, and seal may be used individually or combined in the manner shown in this guide. No other combinations are permitted.
- The UT seal is used to identify official university business and to lend an air of gravity and formality. It should be reserved for use on legal documents, official announcements, diplomas, and certificates.
- The design or use of any other seal representing the university, or its campuses or units, is prohibited.
- All department or office titles should use the font Humanist 777 Bold Condensed when combined with the university signatures.
- Use only university-approved digital art of the logo and wordmark.
- UT Graphic Arts Service (865-974-4416) is the default printer for all UT print pieces, and is the only authorized printer to produce university stationery or business cards for the Knoxville campus.
