UT Trusteeship and Executive and Compensation Committees to Meet May 15 in Nashville

KNOXVILLE -- The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees' Trusteeship Committee and Executive and Compensation Committee will meet Tuesday, May 15, in Nashville.

The Trusteeship Committee meeting will be held at 9 a.m. CDT, and the Executive and Compensation Committee will follow at 10:30 a.m. CDT. Both meetings will be held in the offices of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, 1600 Division St., Suite 700.

Trusteeship Committee agenda items include:

  • Health Affairs Committee charter
  • Review of Trusteeship Committee charter
  • Role of Trusteeship Committee in promoting trustee continuing education
  • Summary of AGB National Conference on Trusteeship

Executive and Compensation Committee agenda items include:

  • Strategic Plan Update
  • New IT governance model
  • Longevity, retention and performance plan for chancellors
  • 2013 dates for regular board meetings and summer workshop
  • Discussion of possible topics for summer workshop
  • Tentative schedule and agenda for the annual meeting
