UT Foundation Board to Meet June 9 in Knoxville

The board of directors and officers of the University of Tennessee
Foundation, Inc. will meet at 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, in Knoxville.

The meeting will be held in the eighth floor conference room of Andy
Holt Tower, located on Lake Loudoun Boulevard.

Agenda items include:

• Audit committee update
• Importance of Fundraising
• Endowment performance
• Trustee and budget report
• Real estate gift acceptance policy

The foundation's mission is to support the University's educational,
research and public service initiatives by seeking, receiving and
administering private dollars. A nonprofit corporation, the foundation
helps meet the needs of the University by augmenting state and
institutional funds.
