UT Foundation Board to Meet June 22 in Knoxville

KNOXVILLE -- The board of directors and officers of the University of Tennessee Foundation Inc. will meet at 3 p.m. EDT Tuesday, June 22, in Knoxville.

The meeting will be held in the conference room on the seventh floor of Andy Holt Tower on the UT Knoxville campus.

Agenda items include:

• Presentation and Approval of New Board Members
• Audit Committee Update
• UT Board of Trustees Foundations Study Committee Update
• Endowment Performance Update
• Draft Summary of Annual Report, Budget and Activities

The foundation's mission is to support the University's educational, research and public service initiatives by seeking, receiving and administering private dollars. A nonprofit corporation, the foundation helps meet the needs of the University by augmenting state and institutional funds.
