The Audit Committee of the UT Board of Trustees will meet Dec. 10 in Nashville.

The committee will meet at 11 a.m. CST in the offices of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, 1600 Division St., Suite 700.

Agenda items include:

• Results of the Fall 2010 Quality Assurance Review
• Demonstration of an on-line compliance risk assessment tool
• Institutional compliance update
• 2011 audit plan
• Audit & Consulting Services staffing report
• Change to board policy on reporting discretionary expenditures
