Residency Classification Regulations
Public institutions of higher education in Tennessee apply uniform rules for the determination of “in-state” or “out-of-state” classification for tuition and admission purposes. These regulations are cited in the “Official Rules and Regulations of the State of Tennessee Chapter 1720-1-1.”
