Strategic Focus Areas

The UT Integrated Strategic Plan is the university’s roadmap for the allocation of resources, both financial and non-financial, to achieve our goals. The strategic plan focuses on three major areas:

• Student Access & Success
• Research & Economic Development
• Outreach & Globalization

The Strategic Focus Areas frame our decisions and guide our activity. Supporting it all is the Enabling Infrastructure – the people, the technology, and the funding necessary to achieve our mission.
