Strategic Planning Campus/Institute Contacts

Each campus and institute has designated a Strategic Plan Coordinator who has strategic plan oversight responsibilities for that entity. Specifically, these coordinators work with the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Student Success to:

  1. Prepare supporting documentation for the UT Integrated Strategic Plan.
  2. Evaluate Scorecard metrics and assessment data.
  3. Assist in the identification of system-wide partnership opportunities.
  4. Ensure alignment of campus/institute plans to the system plan.

The effectiveness of any strategic plan is gauged by the actions undertaken to drive the desired outcomes, not by the successful development of a plan.
