The UT Integrated Strategic Plan is the unifying tool that optimizes the use of available resources and talent, thereby providing additional opportunities for all campuses and institutes to achieve greater success. The plan defines who we are, who we serve, our core mission, and our culture.
The strategic planning process is on-going, not static, as organizational and environmental factors must be constantly assessed to ensure our strategies remain sound and, if not, modified to support our goals.
The UT Integrated Strategic Plan elevates our planning effort by increasing the knowledge each campus and institute has of how other UT entities contribute to the university’s overall success; and this strategy provides a mechanism to identify opportunities for state-wide organizational alignment.
