Patricia Anthony was in a clerical training program when her instructor mentioned that UT was a good place to work.
At the time, she was raising twin daughters, Olivia and Wendy, alone and struggling to make ends meet. The clerical training program helped her get a job at UT where she was able to take night classes and earn her undergraduate degree.
“Being the top graduate in the College of Business Administration with a 4.0 GPA was a memorable moment,” she said.
Patricia considers it a privilege to work with top-notch co-workers in her 12 years of service with the College of Arts and Sciences.
“I love my job, and I feel like what I do is very important and makes a difference in other people’s lives,” Patricia said.
She enjoys traveling and credits UT for the opportunity to see places and do things that she would never have thought possible.
